A few notes about us:
Payment Policies:
Payment can be made either with PayPal (verified buyers only), cashiers check or money order. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment except for special order items.
Shipping Charges:
Orders will be drop shipped via UPS from the main warehouse. I will sometimes quote USPS shipping when something can be shipped cheaper using that method. The shipping information will be sent to you as soon as I receive it and you will only pay what I pay for shipping! UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, FPO, APO addresses so please be sure that you have a regular shipping address. As a guideline, shipping charges usually run 7-10% of the item(s) (minimum of $6.00) total most of the time unless something is heavier than usual.
Special Orders:
If you don't see something on our website, it doesn't mean that we don't carry it or can't get it. The warehouse I deal with has over 90,000 items in stock so chances are that I can get it quickly. If the item is in stock at the warehouse, it is not considered a special order - only items that the warehouse has to order will be considered special order and they must be paid for in advance. There will be a 15% restocking fee if the order is cancelled.
Defective Items:
While every effort is made to supply you with first quality items, sometimes you get one that doesn't work properly. There is a 15 day limit upon delivery to report any defective items to me and request an RGA so that the item will be replaced. Otherwise, you must send the item back to the manufacturer for warranty consideration. If an RGA is approved by me, you must send the item(s) back to me prepaid by some sort of trackable shipping means (UPS, USPS w/delivery confirmation, etc.) as well as insurance should the item become lost or damaged during shipment.
The vast majority of items that I sell do come with a manufacturers warranty anywhere from 1 month to a lifetime warranty. Due to the low profit margin that I run, I cannot offer a replacement warranty for broken items due to the cost for me to ship the item back to you. The majority of the manufacturers will send you a replacement item free of charge provided you send it to them prepaid. It just isn't worth me sending you a wrench for $5 shipping when I only made that much on the whole set of wrenches. I won't be in business very long spending more money than I am earning so I hope you can understand where I am coming from.
Item Inquiries:
We run a very simple operation here, it is just me doing this so I don't have the budget to have a fancy shopping cart (but I do have a very simple one now!) with all the bells and whistles. I feel that this allows me to keep the prices low and provide you with one on one communication. All I ask of you is a little patience as I grow this into what I hope to be a full time job. Right now this is just a hobby for me to put some food on the table and make a few extra bucks. I would love nothing more than to make this a full time job and be able to quit my current job.

Ordering procedure:
Now that we have a shopping cart, all you need to do is press the Add To Cart button then continue shopping (for some reason there is a 15 line item limit on the shopping cart) or go straight to the checkout. After you fill out the information on the checkout page, just press the Submit Order button one time. You will get a short pause and then a screen will come up telling you that your order was submitted. You will also receive a copy of your order to the email address you entered so be sure to check your spam/bulk folder in case you don't see it. After I have received the order, I will calculate the shipping charges for that order and send a final quote to your email. At that time, if you want to place the order, I can either invoice you through PayPal (verified buyers only) or you can mail a cashiers check or money order to me. The order will not be shipped until payment has been received and you are under no obligation to make the purchase until you decide to do so. I will NEVER ask for your credit card info so you can rest assured that nothing is stored on my system.
